The client needed to move large injection molds, up to 40 tons, between production facilities. This required operation both indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditions. The indoor environment was relatively clean, while the outdoor environment was subject to fluctuating temperatures and weather conditions throughout the year.

Morello designed an AGV die cart with a natural guidance system capable of indoor and outdoor use, handling variable atmospheric conditions.
